  Delivery

  All deliveries are consolidated and dispatched in batches each morning to ensure efficiency and timely service.

  Delivery Charges:

  •Waybill delivery to the Enugu motor park: ₦1,000

  •Delivery within town (nearby locations): ₦2,500

  •Delivery outside town (long-distance locations): ₦3,500 – ₦15,000, depending on distance

  To qualify for next-day delivery, customers must complete their orders and submit proof of payment along with their preferred delivery option. Orders that are not finalized by the close of business will be scheduled for delivery the next day.

  We kindly request that customers maintain respectful conduct toward our riders. Our delivery team is professional, well-mannered, and committed to providing excellent service.

  Return & Refund Policy 

  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on our website.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

  We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 48hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all labels intact.

  Products NOT eligible for return include:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Cosmetic or personal care items that have been unsealed
  • Discounted, promo, or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  2. Return Process

  To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to admin@oznaturals.org with:
     • Your full name
     • Order number
     • Reason for return
     • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive:
     • Return instructions
     • Return shipping address
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
     • Wrong item received
     • Damaged or defective product
     • Order error caused by us

  3. Damaged or Wrong Items

  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

  We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

  4. Refunds

  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, which may include:

  • Paystack (Card Payment Refund)
  • Bank Transfer Refund

  Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  5. Non-Refundable Items

  The following items are not refundable:

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without authorization

  6. Order Cancellation

  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.

  Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the return process.

  7. Late or Missing Refunds

  If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
